Data Backups

In this day and age it is unacceptable to let backups fall behind. If you have ever lost an important presentation, picture, school paper, or entire collection of music files I am sure you are aware of the havoc it can cause. Let us help you but completing a complete or incremental backup today to prevent future losses. By keeping a backup of your data things can be restored from a computer hardware failure, without such backups you could be facing a very large data recovery bill. Do the preventative thing and get a backup completed today.

Data Recovery

In a perfect world there would be a backup of the lost data. If you are not living in a perfect world there will be a time when you need to have data restored. Typically data that is deleted is never really removed but marked as free space usable by the computer. First thing to do is to turn the affected computer totally off and not to use it as files may become over written and unrecoverable. Second thing to do is call T³ Computer Solutions to schedule a time for our tech to come and retrieve the computer. While data recovery is not assured due to the nature of a computer system it will not hurt to try and recover what we can.

Access Databases

At times you might see a need for an Access database to input customer information and billing, perhaps something to keep track of inventory in a stock room, or even a way to keep track of where equipment is in a building and no one in the office can program. So what are you going to do? Call T³ Computer Solutions and speak with our staff about creating a custom database application for you to take care of your needs. Our programmers have shown excellence in database creation, forms, reports, and calculations so much so that state agencies are using a custom database for driver information as well as stock room inventory.

Due to Office ‘97 not being user aware along with many other problems we would prefer to create a database in Office ‘03 or Office ‘07 for you. If you so choose Office ‘97 can be used but will be very limited in support and functionality.
